In terms of Systems, the Mythic items got changed in the mid-season, along with many big ranked changes for the remaining part of Season 13. Also, there have been plenty of balance changes and such so far.
In the latest Dev Update, Riot talked about Arena, the Blue Essence Emporium Returning and Ability Icons changing for many champions. Also, Quick Play was mentioned in the video. This one is potentially a replacement for Normals. However, it was delayed due to many other endeavors Riot was working on, like Ranked changes and such.

Potential Release Date For Quick Play
As per Riot Meddler and Riot BrightMoon in the dev update, Quick Play was delayed due to Arena, Soul Fighter and Ranked Changes. However, they are still on track to release Quick Play later this year.
The exact date is unknown, but we should expect it to come out this season. Given Preseason 2024 will be massive, it could very well be then as well. We will have to wait for the official news to know further as to when to get our hands on Quick Play.
