League of Legends preseason patch 10.25 is going to focus on underperforming champions and classes while some items are targeted to get massive changes as well.
While the first patch of the preseason, patch 10.23 was all about pushing the new items in the game, the second patch 10.24 was about balancing all the “overpowered” items. However, even with all the balance changes, some champions and items are still outperforming others.
And now as 2020 is about to end, Riot has outlined further balance changes for the last patch of the year focusing on a lot of champions and items.

Ever since the preseason came out, League players were complaining that Tank champions and items are pretty unbalanced while Supports and crit ADCs need some major buffs. In order to fix those issues, in patch 10.25, Riot is going to nerf most of the tank items and buff crit items.
Moreover, Anivia is also getting some major buffs while Pantheon will be removed from the support role to become a better top laner.
