Riot has unveiled that Lee Sin and Nidalee will receive massive buffs in patch 13.13.
Riot has been making massive changes to League of Legends since the mid-season update.
In this update, Riot overhauled many items, mostly mythic and legendary ones. While this update did not include any traditional nerfs and buffs to champions, Riot added some AP ratios to some AD champions so that they can synergize well with the reworked items.
In patch 13.11, Riot buffed many champions who became abysmal to play with after the item reworks. Additionally, they nerfed many champions who became very overpowered for the same reason. But overall, this update was on a smaller scale than the previous update. But the next patch was massive in scope compared to the last one. Patch 13.12 aimed to do the same thing on a larger scale due to pro play.
And now, as Patch 13.13 would be a three weeks patch, Riot Games decided it would be far smaller than the previous updates. The reason for that is they want the current meta to stabilize for a while.
RiotPhroxzon recently revealed all the upcoming changes coming to patch 13.13. they announced that Lee Sin and Nidalee would receive significant buffs in the upcoming patch 13.13.

Patch 13.13 Buffs
Lee Sin Buffs
Earlier this year, on patch 13.3, Lee Sin received a significant buff. This buff made all of his abilities stronger. It was a deserved change for Lee Sin. However, he was way too strong in the game’s early stages. Due to it, Riot nerfed Lee Sin’s base stats on patch 13.7.
While he did not fall out of the meta entirely at the time, after the item rework, no one barely picked him in the jungle. The main reason for that was jungle was infested by champions who could abuse Youmuu’s Ghostblade. Even after the nerf to Youmuu’s Ghostblade, Duskblade took its place. Overall, people could not properly utilize Lee Sin in the current meta.
Currently, in platinum+ ELO, Lee Sin has a 47.64% win rate with a respectable 11.6% pick rate. But as a weaker jungler, he will receive a buff in the next major update.
Nidalee Buffs
Nidalee is one of the champions who hasn’t received a major change in a while. The last change she received was in patch 13.8, but it was just a slight stat buff. And before that, it was the durability update.
Even so, in the current patch, she has an average win rate in higher ELO. However, she has an abysmal win rate when comparing all the ranks. Additionally, Nidalee is one of the worst junglers in all ranks. Because of it, Riot is buffing her in patch 13.13.
