New Homestead Map Location
You have a couple of ways to reach the New Homestead Settlement. One option is to locate it directly within the game. Alternatively, you can revisit the Sol System, specifically Saturn in Starfield. From there, you can pick one of its moons, known as Titan, and then select the marker indicating the New Homestead location. This will allow you to travel to the settlement easily.
Note: New Homestead is part of the United Colonies, so expect to be scanned for contraband before landing.

Tourists Go Home (Side Quest):

- Speak to Giuliana
- First, have a chat with Giuliana at the clinic. Ask her what’s bothering her about the tourists. She’ll then hand you a Monster Costume to frighten tourists who’ve been poking fun at their culture.
- Wear the Costume and Scare the Tourists
- Next, wear the costume and step outside to give the tourists a good scare. Approach them closely, but remember not to harm them; focus on scaring them. Wait until the quest updates to confirm your successful scare tactics.
- After scaring the tourists away, return to the clinic and inform Giuliana of your success. She’ll express her gratitude and reward you with some Credits and XP as a token of her appreciation.
- Return to Giuliana
- Lastly, remember that the Monster Costume will be removed after completing the quest unless you finish it three times.
BrownOut Quest:
Start by talking to Joyce. She needs someone skilled with a laser cutter to remove ice that has formed on some of the power system machinery. This ice is causing short circuits, which in turn are causing frequent brownouts.
Your main goal is to remove five ice deposits accumulated on the machinery. This will help restore the power system’s functionality and end the recurring brownouts.
So, engage with Joyce and get ready to use your laser cutter to eliminate those troublesome ice deposits.
Starsap Tours: (Quest)
In this mission, your first task is to locate Bill. Once you find him, engage in a conversation. Bill has a unique role in store for you – he’ll be your guide as he leads you on a comprehensive tour of the starship.
During the tour, Bill will provide detailed insights into the starship. You can expect to learn about the inner workings of the farm, outposts, pods, Titan Astrobase Bio-Labs, Turbines, and the local vegetation on board.
Furthermore, Bill will share valuable info about the Brown Horse Tavern, a restaurant that uses locally grown ingredients from this area.
