Gwen is getting a new skin in the second batch of the Soul Fighter skins.
Riot has improved its approach to skins by making more cosmetics geared toward events and unique themes. League of Legends has seen a lot of different skin releases this year. We have had the releases of the Dawnbringer and Nightbringer skins, Snow Moon skins, and so on.
We have also seen a number of Prestige skins, like one for Miss Fortune, Aatrox, Yasuo, etc. With that said, we also got a massive skin line like the MSI 2023 Inkshadow skins. Now, Riot is coming with the Soul Fighter skins that will have 12 skins. Two of them are Prestige skins for Pyke and Shaco, and there will be Legendary skin for Viego and Ultimate skin for Samira.
Other skins will include a skin for Gwen, which will be part of the Soul Fighter skin line. The skin has a purple/blue-like hue that has a similar style to the rest of the Soul Fighter skins. All the animations look nice, and the VFX is nice for an Epic skin.

Release Date
Soul Fighter Gwen’s release date will be on Thursday, September 3, 2023, in Patch 13.15.
