Coven skins are making a return in 2023.
2023 so far, has been an excellent year for skin enthusiasts. This year we received some great skin lines, such as Faerie Court, Inkshadow, and Soul Fighter. Some of the older skin lines, like Dawnbringer vs. Nightbringer, Shan Hai Scrolls, and Star Guardian, were also brought back.
Now recent leaks suggest that the Coven skin line will also be making a return this year.
The coven skin line is one of the most popular skin lines in League of Legends. It is part of the Eclipse universe and offers a variety of beautiful skins, such as Coven Ahri, Coven Evelynn, Old God Malphite, The Thousand-Pierced Bear, and more.
Despite the skin line’s massive popularity, it wasn’t brought back in 2022. But in 2023, it looks like Riot is finally looking to bring back the Coven skin line.

Coven 2023 Skins
Recently the well-known leaker BigBadBear has shared some new information about the fan-favorite Coven skin line. According to the leaker, Riot is currently working on the Coven 2023 skins. Though it is still unknown as to how far works for the skin line has progressed. But we likely won’t have to wait long.
As for the champions who will be receiving the skin, the leaker named five champions. These champions are,
- Syndra
- Nilah
- Elise
- Nami
- Akali
First, BigBadBear confirmed that we would finally be getting Coven Syndra, and it will likely be a Legendary skin. Fans have wanted a Coven Syndra for a while, and this year they might be getting one.
The leaker also confirmed that Nilah, Nami, Elise, and Akali will be receiving a Coven skin. The Nilah and Elise skins are likely Epic, while Coven Nami could be a Legendary skin. Either Coven Syndra or Coven Nami could be a Legendary skin.
There are also rumors circulating that Coven Akali will have a Prestige Edition. Since Akali is already confirmed to receive a Prestige skin during Worlds 2023 event, there’s a chance Coven could arrive during Worlds.
Apart from the five mentioned Coven skins, we might also get additional Old Gods or Eclipse skins.
