Ranking The Cameos in Arena 2v2v2v2
There are a total of five Cameos in the Arena 2v2v2v2 game mode. Let’s start with number five and move one by one to the best Cameo in the game mode.
5. Sett Cameo
The Sett Cameo is the most boring of the lot. His mechanic is simply both sides trying to kill him, so he does his Haymaker at the direction of the team that did not land the killing blow on Sett. After that point, Sett respawns after a few seconds.
While his ability does a lot of damage, he is kinda boring as he just keeps following teams around. Kind of bland but still very useful.
4. Naafiri Cameo
The Naafiri Cameo comes next, making the game more of a timing thing. Naafiri and her two wolves keep circling around the map and attack anyone that comes to either of the vision cones.
Overall, the mechanic just makes it harder to fight anywhere, and the whole Naafiri mini-game could be the make or break. Champions like Maokai or Singed or anyone with displacement abilities make perfect use of this. However, the mechanic is still boring as you are limited in what you can do in a match.
3. Lux Cameo
The Lux Cameo is a zonal type of mechanic where she keeps rotating around the map and suddenly uses Final Spark in one line from the middle to the edge of the map. You can keep track of the direction and line the skill shot will be at. So it becomes a matter of dodging the laser and fighting the other team.
This is better than the other two because it is neither that passive, and it does not limit what you do on the map. However, you could be in trouble if you do not monitor where the laser indicator is.
2. Pyke Cameo
Comes second is the Pyke Cameo, which goes from one end of the map to another to stun champions in a line. As it is fairly random, you do not get much time to dodge the stun. So, the mechanic forces you to move around a lot. It creates a lot of surprises and interesting combats.
1. Samira Cameo
However, the best Cameo is Samira, as she does nothing by herself but is activated by player actions. Whenever a champion applies any CC, Samira jumps onto that champion and deals damage. Eventually, she will jump to a champion and also use her Ultimate to deal AoE damage.
There is quite a bit to like about this Cameo. The control it gives players and how this Cameo can turn around fights is excellent. Overall, the best Cameo in the game mode, with all the surprises and players can utilize it right.
