Riot Games is giving their attention to Cassiopeia and Ornn once again in the upcoming patch 10.13.
League of Legends’ lead gameplay designer Mark “Scruffy” Yetter tweeted today previewing the patch 10.13. And it seems like they are nerfing Cassiopeia and Ornn along with Yuumi, Syndra, Aphelios, and Kalista.
Cassiopeia Nerf Patch 10.13

Cassiopeia just received a VFX update on patch 10.11 which included fixing her hitbox and giving her ultimate a massive range. When the update went live, players started abusing her as she had around a 54% win rate.
League of Legends communities were full of complaints as well, as a result, Riot decided to give her nerf in patch 10.12, reducing her health, armor, and magic resistance. But even with the nerf, in Master+ Elo, Cassiopeia currently has around 54% win rate. Her win rate in the bottom lane increased significantly as well on patch 10.12. Thus, Riot is giving her nerfs once again on patch 10.13.
Ornn Nerf Patch 10.13
- Brittle damage: 10-18 >>> 12% max HP
Ornn the super tank also known as an assassin who just builds tank item yet can one-shot his enemy with a full combo. Although Ornn’s win rate in ranked games might not seem like anything significant, his presence in the Pro games is quite noticeable. Therefore, he is getting nerfs in patch 10.13.
