How many new League of Legends skins have been released in 2025 thus far? Let’s find out.
Skins are primarily cosmetic items that change a character’s or object’s appearance in a game. These are mostly paid additions and have no gameplay advantages. That being said, skins are primarily prevalent in free-to-play games and act as their primary monetization method. So, League of Legends, being a free-to-play game, has a fair share of skins.
Over League’s decade-old lifespan, Riot has introduced over 1600 skins to the game. Not only that, but every two weeks, Riot introduces even more skins. And with the game reaching 170 champions not too long ago, we are bound to get more skins.
