Jinx is getting some buffs in Patch 13.20.
A new patch is coming in a week or so, as Riot keeps updating League of Legends. Patch 13.19 was designed to stabilize the game for Worlds 2023. Meanwhile, Patch 13.20 will be pushing it towards the preseason, and boy, it’s a big one.
Riot is coming out with sweeping changes for Patch 13.20. It includes the K’Sante rework, Dragon Changes, Jungle Changes, Item Changes, and a lot more. All this points to is that Riot is trying to move forward with the changes that will build up to the preseason.
With that said, we are getting a lot of changes, and among them are the Jinx changes. Here is all we know so far.

Jinx Changes Patch 13.20
Before talking about the changes, here are all of the adjustments coming to Jinx.
- Base Stats:
- Health Scaling: 100 per level >>> 105 per level.
- Passive – Get Excited!:
- (Added) Bonus Attack Speed: 25%, also can stack multiple times.
- R – Super Mega Death Rocket!:
- Cooldown: 75/65/55 seconds >>> 70/55/40 seconds.
With these new changes, Jinx will get more Health per level and more Attack Speed after kills. Also, her Super Mega Death Rocket is getting a big cooldown buff. This makes Jinx a bigger hypercarry than before.
Also, we will probably be seeing more Jinx stealing objectives and spamming more ults soon. This is a good change going forward, but it’s a line Riot has to maintain. So, Riot will have to monitor this going forward to make sure Jinx is not too strong.
