Apex Legends Mobile is adding Crypto in the next update with an improved feature that will make him one of the best Legends out there.

Though Apex Legends PC and Mobile have some common features, EA is taking a slightly different approach to satisfy the mobile gaming enthusiasts with Apex Legends Mobile. Instead of Ctrl+V, Apex Mobile’s developers are always adding something extra with the released content of mobile port that fans appreciate so much.

For instance, look at the Exclusive Legends. Apex Mobile’s developers have already added two fresh Legends into the game: Fade and Rhapsody. Apart from the new Legends and features, they are also improving the already existing features in the game.

Earlier, we saw Apex Mobile add an improved passive for Pathfinder in disguise as a perk system. They also upgraded Loba’s Black Market with her launch and added a Frost Grenade into the game. These were all fan ideas or scrapped content from the PC version that was added to the Mobile version instead. And they did it with the newly released Legend Crypto again.

Crypto Has an Improved Ability in Apex Legends Mobile

Apex Legends Mobile’s Season 3 will start very soon, and EA has already shown a glimpse of what to expect from it. With a new Battle Pass and other changes, they will release Crypto in Season 3 Hyperbeat.

Respawn released Crypto in Season 3 in the PC version as well. Since Crypto’s launch, he hasn’t been a very preferred character compared to other legends. Every now and then, Respawn tried to adjust Crypto’s abilities yet failed to make it a fan favorite. In Season 14, Crypto is still at the bottom of the food chain with only a 1.3% pick rate.

However, it might not be the case in the mobile version of Apex Legends. In mobile, Crypto will have an added feature, allowing his drone to follow him and track enemies automatically for periods of time. It will really make him a really viable alternative compared to Bloodhound.

Although it is a great feature and happy news for Apex Mobile’s Crypto fans, PC and Console players are understandably quite upset about it.
