Riot Games to give Yuumi a small quality of life change in League of Legends patch 11.5.

Last season, Yuumi was considered one of the most annoying champions in League of Legends. Even at one point, she had a massive 80% ban rate worldwide. However, she did undergo multiple nerfs, and currently, she is somewhat in a balanced state.

Yuumi might not have received any kind of buffs in a while now, but in patch 11.5, Riot is giving her a new bee-themed skin named Yuubee. And apparently, that’s not all. Today, League of Legends Visual Effects Lead Artist for Skins Riot Beardilocks has confirmed that for Patch 11.5, they are also giving her a small quality of life change as well.

“It should be easier to tell if/who you’ve hit with Q,” Riot Beardilocks on the new QoL change.

Here are all the Yuumi changes for Patch 11.5:

  • The particle for missing/timing out Q will be smaller
  • The particle for hitting a target will be attached to the target you hit
  • Q sound plays if hitting a target in a bush

This new small quality-of-life change might not be anything meta-breaking, but it should make her Q – Prowling Projectile ability easier to use.
