New leaks and rumors show off all the upcoming champions of 2022, featuring Vayne, Varus, Seraphine, Aatrox, and Kayle.
The Darkin Saga is known as a special expansion because it is separated into 3 different expansions. These expansions include Awakening, Domination, and Finale.
The Awakening expansion was a huge success. The expansion included new champions such as Kayn, Jax, Master Yi, Ornn, and the first-ever LoR exclusive champion, Norra. It was also released with a new event, Corrupted 2022. This event came with the Corrupted Targon skin set. This skin set was one of the best ones released in Legends of Runeterra.
As the Darkin Saga: Domination is on the horizon, one of the most prominent leakers for League of Legends, BigBadBear, leaked all the champions coming in the Domination expansion. He also leaked some of the upcoming champions in the Darkin Saga: Finale expansion.
Alongside the champion leaks, some of the upcoming skins were also leaked. One of the upcoming skin sets is the Corrupted Shurima skin set, and one of the upcoming Archlight skin that was leaked is Archlight Aphelios.
All the upcoming champions that were leaked are, Vayne, Varus, Seraphine, Aatrox, and Kayle.

Leaked Champions LoR
According to the Roadmap Riot provided, we will be getting new champions in October and December. But we won’t get any new champions in November since it’s the Legends of Runeterra Worlds 2022 patch.

Riot revealed that we would get 3 new champions in October, as shown in the roadmap. Alongside the champions, we will also get the Archlight event as well. And the leak shows 3 new champions coming to LoR, alongside Varus, a Darkin champion. As the leaks match the theme and the roadmap, we can assume these 3 champions are coming to Legends of Runeterra in October.

Even though 3 different champions were confirmed to be coming in the Finale expansion, the leaker only managed to leak only 2 different champions. Alongside the new champions, Riot confirmed that we would be getting a Corrupted Event part 2 in December. Additionally, the leaks confirm that we will be getting a Corrupted Shurima. Although we can clearly say what the theme will be, we don’t know which champions will receive the new Corrupted skins.
