The Dash Pad is one of those cool-looking Slime Science gadgets that can make Beatrix’s life a bit easier. It’s a pad with which she can dash anywhere she wants in a minimal amount of time. That seems crazy, but the Slime Science is not. Let’s hop in to learn more about this gadget.

What is Dash Pad in Slime Rancher 2?
Dash Pad is basically a Utility type gadget of Slime Science. To know more about the Slime Science projects and the gadgets, check out here. What were we talking about?
With Dash Pad, Beatrix can travel anywhere she wants without using the energy bar for up to 10 seconds. You will see a glowing energy bar to read. Moreover, you can maintain the maximum amount of charge when you are about to eject from the pad.
How to get the Dash Pad?
At the very beginning, plan on crafting a Jetpack. You will need Radiant Ore to craft one. Check out here to learn more about Radiant Ore. In short, you can get Radiant Ore from Ember Valley. Moreover, if you can find Pink Gordo on the NorthWest frontier of the Rainbow field, it can aid you on the way to Ember Valley.
Now you have access to the Ember Valley. Head to the Western part and look for the geyser. It looks like a cylinder. Moreover, you will see a couple of stones around it. Not very hard to find.
I assume you have found the geyser. All you have to do is now jump on the stones with that Jetpack of yours using the geyser. Climb the ledge like that, and on top of the ledge, you will discover a hole. You will see a purple-colored supply pod inside.
The purple pods are available only after the MKII upgrade is purchased with 25k NewBucks. On top of that, you will also need to craft 50 gadgets beforehand. Now, once you open the pod, you will find the Blueprint to build the Dash Pad.
All you need is now the materials to deposit in the Refinery. You will need:
- 20x Quantum Plort
- 4x Manifold Cube
- 5x Spiral Steam
