Ghost is getting a nerf in Patch 13.13 of League of Legends.
Since the midseason update of Patch 13.10, League of Legends is undergoing many changes. Also, with so many updates, more issues have popped up. A lot of the items have not been on par with what Riot wants.
For example, Zeri’s interaction with Trinity Force made her extremely strong in pro play alongside Yuumi. A new build has popped up with LeBlanc fully using Statikk Shiv to do an absurd amount of damage. Thus, Riot has a lot of work to do to get the balance updates out.
A lot of the items and other systems have not been balanced for a while. In the midseason update, we had the one Summoner Spell change with Teleport turning Unleashed earlier than before. Now, Riot is making some changes to Ghost, which looks to be specifically targeting the bot lane.

Ghost Nerf Patch 13.13
Shared by Spideraxe, here is the exact change for the Ghost Summoner Spell.
- Cooldown: 210 seconds >>> 240 seconds.
With this nerf, the Cooldown for Ghost goes on par with Heal. This will put ADC players into a bit of a dilemma in order to choose between Ghost and Heal. While Cleanse is picked, we could also see Barrier eventually come in for ADC players at some point.
As mentioned, this nerf is more targeted at ADC players, while top laners should not feel too much of a difference considering Ghost/Ignite/Teleport is still going to be the same case. It will be interesting to see whether this nerf will make many waves in the game.
