With next year’s Lunar 2023 event, we could get a third Prestige Skin.
There have been multiple League of Legends skin lines, but none are as well-known as the new year-themed skin lines. Riot releases a new-year-themed skin every year to honor the start of a new year. Because they are made for the Chinese New Year, these skins are pretty popular, particularly in the east.
The Lunar and Mythmaker skins will be released in 2023, continuing the trend of new year-themed skins. Skins will be available in the skin lines for champions Irelia, Zyra, Garen, Sivir, Ashe, Qiyana, Kha’Zix, Thresh, Malpite, and Galio. Aside from that, two prestige skins will be released: Porcelain Lissandra Prestige Edition and Mythmaker Sivir Prestige Edition.
The skins are currently being tested in the PBE (Public Beta Environment) server and will be shipped in Patch 13.1. Aside from these skins, we may see additional skins in Patch 13.2, particularly a Prestige skin, since there have been reports of a third Prestige skin arriving with the Lunar 2023 event.
Although, not much information has been given regarding the new Prestige skin. However, the information that we have leads many to assume that we could be getting a third Prestige skin.
BigBadBear, a well-known League of Legends leaker, even indicated in his video that there is a significant chance we will get another Prestige skin.

Possible Third Prestige Skin
According to SkinSpotlights, recent data mining of the PBE archive yielded some fascinating files and some fresh information on the Lunar 2023 event. Among these files contain some text indicating “New Prestige Skin – Coming Soon,” implying that we could be receiving a third Prestige skin. Also, the Lunar 2023 event will be divided into two patches, 13.1 and 13.2, so new skins for 13.2 isn’t wholly unrealistic.
Having said that, it is still a rumor that may or may not be real. However, given the popularity of the New Year skin line and the impending arrival of Season 13 in the next patch, Riot may issue a third Prestige skin.
