Riot has revealed the League of Legends Worlds 2024 event trailer.
League of Legends Worlds Championship is the biggest League of Legends-related event. In this tournament, the best teams from all over the world compete against each other to earn the title of the best League of Legends team. Therefore, it is the most anticipated League of Legends event.
Alongside the physical tournament, Riot also releases many things in-game and some physical goodies to promote this event. So we get to see a Worlds event every year in the game. This event contains a new event pass, some new emotes, a Worlds skin, a new skin line, etc. Moreover, during this event, players can also purchase past Worlds or esports-related skins again, before they become unavailable again.
Before the release of every single major event, Riot releases a trailer corresponding to the said event. And the Worlds 2024 event is no exception. Now we finally know the release date of the trailer.

League of Legends Worlds 2024 Event Trailer
In this year’s Worlds event, we are getting many new things. For example, firstly we are getting the Worlds 2024 Viego skin. This skin would have been his best skin if Soul Fighter Viego didn’t exist. Moreover, as new skins, we are getting the 2nd iteration of the Fright Night skin line. This time we got a legendary skin in the form of Fright Night Viego and a prestige skin which is Prestige Fright Night Zeri.
Now as the release date for the event is getting closer, we also got the trailer as well. The trailer for the Worlds 2024 has officially been released recently, and we got to see a ton of new things. Firstly, it featured everything that will be in the event itself. Few snippets of the actual tournament. But the most important thing they showcased was the teaser for the return of the Dark Star skin. Therefore, the next skins we are getting in this game are the Dark Star skins.
As for when the event is actually releasing, this event will be coming out in League of Legends on patch 14.19, scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
