The Soul Fighter event will end soon, but when? Let’s find out.
Earlier in the year, Riot announced that they would be bringing us the biggest Summer Event ever. A promise that they delivered on July 20th, 2023.
On Patch 13.14, Riot shipped the Soul Fighter event to the live servers. The event included the brand-new Soul Fighter skins, new Icons, Borders, etc. In addition to the usual event stuff, we also got a minigame called the Tournament of Souls and the much-anticipated game mode, Arena.
The Tournament of Souls is a fighting game-style in-client minigame that tells the story of Samira and her subsequent rise to fame in the Tournament of Souls. In the game, you play as Samira and fight against various champions until you face and defeat God’s Eye Viego. It’s a fun minigame that offers some fun challenges and rewards, such as Event Tokens, Icons, and an exclusive border for completing said challenges.
Finally, let’s talk about the star of the Summer Event, Arena. Formerly known as the 2v2v2v2 game mode, Arena is the newest game mode added to League of Legends. It takes elements from League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics and creates a fun, action-packed game mode. Since its initial PBE release, the game mode has become a fan favorite among the players, and many believe that it’s the best game mode Riot has ever created.
With heavy hitters like the Soul “Fig” ter skins, Tournament of Souls, and Arena, it’s safe to say that Riot has hit it out of the ballpark with the Summer Event.
That said, everything must come to an end, and so must the Summer Event. But the question remains, when does it end? Let’s find out.

When does the Soul Fighter event End?
The Soul Fighter event is a six-week event taking place in League of Legends, Wild Rift, Team Fight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra. The Event began globally on Thursday, July 20th, and will continue till Monday, August 28th.
During these six weeks, players can earn Orbs, Tokens, Icons, and Borders by participating in the Soul Fighter event. They can also buy the event pass and obtain premium rewards until September 4th, at 11:00 AM (PT), but the Event Pass progress will end with the Event on August 28th, at 11:59 PM (PT).
