New information about the upcoming Mythic skin line has been leaked.
Skins in League of Legends are cosmetic add-ons that players can buy for their respective champions. They provide distinct auditory and visual effects that set them apart from the base champion. These skins can range from simple color modifications to adding new animations and sound effects.
Every skin in the game is categorized into a rarity system and determines its effects and model. Currently, skins are divided into seven rarities, these are, Timeworn or Classic (520 RP), Budget or Deluxe (750 RP), Standard or Superior (975 RP), Epic (1350 RP), Legendary (1820 RP), Mythic (Special) and Ultimate (3250/2775 RP).
Of all these skin tiers, the Mythic skins are the newest skins tier to be introduced by Riot. They are rare and unique skins that can only be purchased in the Mythic Shop using a special currency called ME or Mythic Essence. Furthermore, these skins are only available for a limited time before they are rotated.
At the start of each Mythic Shop rotation, Riot releases a brand new skin, and these skins usually follow a theme. The previous theme was the “Fallen World,” which came with five Ashen skins, the last of which was Ashen Guardian Shen.
That said, with the discontinuation of the Ashen skin line, there hasn’t been any news about the new skin line. But recently, the well-known leaker Big Bad Bear shared further information about the upcoming Mythic skin line.

New Mythic Skinline
According to Big Bad Bear, there have not been any concrete leaks about the upcoming Mythic Skinline. However, Riot, on the other hand, has established a pattern for releasing skins this year. Following the patterns, we can see that the new skins released by Riot could all be found in leaked Riot surveys. As a result, the next skin line is quite likely to be one from the leaked Riot surveys.
Therefore, based on the leaked Riot surveys, we can narrow down the new Mythic Skin line to three possible skin lines. These are as follows:
- The Primals
- Virtuose
- La Illusion
So, if the information is correct, we will likely receive one of these skin lines very soon.
