From Season 1 to the present, many modifications have been made to the original Wingman. Yet, it is still a weapon of choice for players at the highest level of competition. To make the use of Wingman more thrilling, Apex Legends has introduced many satisfying skins for players from time to time.
As of this writing, Respawn has released more than 90 skins for the Wingman. With so many skin options, it was very hard to pick just 10. Nonetheless, we all know that not every skin is created equal. So, depending on various factors such as skin design, iron sight, rarity, and colorway, here are our 10 favorite Wingman skins in the game.

1. Red Rocket

Red Rocket Wingman has the best ironsight in the game. It is the same for every similar alternative, too. Nonetheless, we specifically chose Red Rocket because it not only looks great but also has the best ironsight. Moreover, due to being a recolor version of Merciless Wing, it has stunning attention to detail all over its body. However, depending on your taste, your favorite Wingman can be Merciless Wing, The Death Ray, or any of their recolor variants. You won’t go wrong with either of them.
2. Precision Caliber

Precision Caliber was released as a reactive battle pass skin back in season 5. The skin evolves as you kill more enemies with it and looks like a working machine with cogs and gears. When it is maxed out, the look of the skin can be unmatched. However, it also has a big downside. Sometimes, the evolving Wingman becomes so distracting that you can’t focus on your enemies. So, from a competitive perspective, players prefer other skins over the reactive battle pass ones.
3. Guns Up

Guns Up Wingman skin is something you will be interested in if you enjoy bright colors. The cylinder’s yellow gemstone enhances the skin’s attractiveness even further. We also really liked the meticulous attention to detail in the handcrafted leather grip of this skin. If it had a better ironsight, we might’ve even crowned it as the best Wingman skin.
4. Serpent’s Fang

The serpent-inspired Wingman skin is our #3 skin on the list. The serpent scales over the handle, the slithering pattern of the snake, the mix of pink and white colorway, everything blends into the skin very well. Many do not like the skin just because its pink, but we think it makes the skin look more beautiful.
5. Knock Out

- Available Via: End of Year Sale 2023

There’s nothing fancy about the Knock Out Wingman skin. However, to us, that’s what makes it special. As Wingman is a revolver gun in nature, Respawn gave it a classic revolver look with the skin. And we love it.
6. Cardinal Force

Inspired by Boku no Hero Academia’s protagonist, Izuku Midoriya, Cardinal Force is one of the sleekest Wingman skins in Apex Legends. The skin didn’t come in a bundle. But Cardinal Wingman came as a matching skin paired with Mirage’s Marked Man skin that was released in the Gaiden Thematic Event in Season 13.
7. Lucky Draw

Apex Legends has many golden/ bronze Wingman skins. However, among all of them, the Lucky Draw is our favorite. From a distance, the Lucky Draw looks like just an ordinary Wingman skin. However, if you zoom in, the attention to detail throughout the skin will definitely amaze you. So, from our perspective, this skin deserves a spot in the top 10.
8. Punk Shot

The cyberpunk-inspired Punk Shot Wingman has a very unique design compared to the other Wingman skins in the game. The layout of the skin is pretty basic. However, the display on the cylinder, portraying a skull pattern, is the main attraction of Punk Shot. Moreover, the combination of pink, blue, and green makes the skin look vibrant.
9. Loud Mouth
- Release Date: Oct 15, 2019
- Available Via: Fight or Fright Collection Event
- Alternatives: N/A
Loud Mouth is a Halloween-themed skin mixed with orange and red colors with a spooky clown face at the end. This skin was attainable in the Fight or Fright Collection Event in season 3. Players had the option to unlock Loud Mouth with 2400 crafting materials or 800 apex coins.
10. Lawbringer

- Alternatives: N/A
Lawbringer is one of the most gorgeous but deadly Wingman skins in the game, and it is inspired by classic revolvers from the Wild West. The skin looks good and all. However, we think Respawn went too much overboard with the design of the skin. So, we kind of have a mixed feeling about this skin. Nonetheless, Lawbringer deserves a top 10 spot in this list.
