Let’s talk about the Worlds Qualifying Series with the Fourth Seeds for LEC and LCS locked in.

One of the year’s biggest and most prestigious tournaments, The League of Legends World Championship, will be held in less than two months. Starting October 10, South Korea will host Worlds 2023. There, the top twenty-two teams worldwide will be competing for the coveted title of World Champion.

Starting at the Play-In stage, eight of the lowest-ranking teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket to determine the last two spots for the Swiss Stage. They will join the fourteen teams from the four major regions: LCK, LPL, LEC, and LCS.

The Swiss Stage is a new addition to this year’s Worlds. It will consist of four stages, and in the end, only four teams will move on to the Knockout stage. The knockout stage is where the tournament gets intense. It’s a single elimination bracket where one team emerges victorious out of eight teams and takes the title of 2023 World Champions.

But before it all begins comes the 2023 Worlds Qualifying Series.
