VALORANT launched with a non-traditional episode and act structure instead of the normal tier system structure that is pretty common nowadays.

According to the new leaks from VALORANT express, the current Episode 1 Act 1 is going to end in the next two weeks from now exactly on August 4th. Since there is no in-game visual indicator to tell you when the current act is going to end, most players who are still trying to unlock all the achievements in the current act have no idea how much time they have until its gone.

Furthermore, VALORANT’s battle pass is not renewable, unlike most other battles pass system. On top of that VALORANT’s battle pass is somewhat more grindy than most of its competitors. The Acts release and ending dates are from the internal clock of the game files. As it is not an official confirmation from Riot, it should be taken with a grain of salt.

As of now, Riot still didn’t mention what is coming for the next act. However, VALORANT’s executive producer Anna Donlon did mention in a previous dev vlog that acts are going to be a big deal for VALORANT. Riot wants their current battle pass to be of great value since players can’t really purchase the next one with Radianite points.
