VALORANT is a 5v5 tactical shooter Agents’ abilities meet the precise gunplay. The game is heavily inspired by Counter-Strike: Global Offensive which has pretty similar sets of weapons and features in the game.
However, there are also notable other features that Riot Games implemented to its game that are unique to the game. For instance, the Crosshair option. VALORANT allows you to customize your Crosshair as per your liking.
You can change your Crosshair color, make different profiles for Crosshairs, copy others’ Crosshairs, and more with VALORANT’s Crosshair menu. The recent Crosshair update from 5.04 Patch has increased the Crosshair customization options even more.

How To Make A Crosshair Smaller
To make your Crosshair smaller, you have to tweak your Crosshair Inner Lines and Outer Lines. Crosshair Inner Lines define the volume of your Crosshair. You don’t need to go through all the settings to decrease the size of your Crosshair.
Just lower the Inner Line Length or slide the bar from right to left in order to make your Crosshair size small. We recommend using Inner Length Line 2-4 for a small Crosshair. But, you can set the value to whatever you like.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to lower the Inner Line Length and Crosshair:
- Open VALORANT
- Go to Settings> Crosshair> Primary
- Find Inner Lines under your specific Crosshair Profile
- Go to Inner Line Length and slide the bar to the left
- Close Settings
There you go! Your Crosshair is now smaller. If you want to tweak your Crosshair further, there are some other options you can change. For example: Inner Line Thickness, Offset, and Outler Line Length. Setting these options to a lower value will make your Crosshair look even smaller because they will decrease the Crosshair volume further.
