How to Heal in Sons of The Forest
You can heal up in Sons of The Forest in three main ways. Let us discuss all of them and when it is better to use each type of healing in the game.
Healing Using Med
The first way is to heal using Med. Meds are hard to come by, but you can loot them from various places. Meds are especially powerful healing that heals the player pretty quickly. For this reason, it is best to use meds if you need healing in combat. Healing outside combat using meds is a waste.
Healing Using Food
Food is another way to heal up in the game. Being a survival game, you will have a hunger bar you need to look out for. But even if you are not too hungry, you can use food to heal your character. But if you are full, you cannot use food to heal. In that case, you will need to find an alternative method.
Healing by Sleeping
Sleeping is another way to heal in Sons of the Forest. After an outing, you may want to rest up by sleeping. This will also replenish the HP of your character. Then you can go on an adventure again on a new day with a filled HP bar.
