Riot has revealed the upcoming Lillia skin, Shan Hai Scrolls Lillia, which will release on patch 13.12.
Riot releases new skins based on real-life events almost all the time. One such notable event is the Lunar New Year.
Lunar New Year is the beginning of the lunisolar calendar, which is based on moon cycles. As it is mainly celebrated in China, it is also called Chinese New Year. Almost every modern game or media has celebrated this event in some way, and League of Legends is no exception.
Riot Games has released many skin lines on this occasion. Earlier this year, they released the Mythmaker and Lunar God skins for this event. These skins were well-liked by the community. Besides them, there are also some underrated skins Lunar skins. One of them is the Shan Hai Scrolls skin line.
Shan Hai Scrolls is a skin line where champions are depicted as mythical gods and monsters trapped in ancient scrolls. Additionally, some creatures, like Shan Hai Scrolls Jhin, want to escape the scrolls to cause havoc in the multiverse.
Recently, Riot has announced the newest iteration of Shan Hai Scrolls skins, featuring 4 new skins. One of them is Shan Hai Scrolls Lillia.
Lillia was released in 2020, so she is considered a newer champion than others in this skin line. Even so, she only has two skins, Spirit Blossom Lillia & Nightbringer Lillia. So the Shan Hai Scrolls will be her third skin in her lineup.
Shen Hai Scrolls features some of the best VFX, SFX, and even animations. Moreover, for Lillia, it is also a top contender for the best skin. So it is either Nightbringer or Shan Hai Scrolls. Regardless it is an excellent addition for her.
