Riot Games confirms that Rumble, Lee Sin, and Riven are getting nerfs in League of Legends patch 11.13.
League of Legends’ Gameplay Design Director Mark “Scruffy” Yetter has previewed the upcoming patch 11.13 today. And it seems Rumble, Lee Sin, and Riven are getting some notable nerfs.
Because of his high skill cap, Lee Sin has always been a popular champion in League of Legends. But for most of season 11, Lee Sin was quite struggling to surpass the 48% win rate mark. Resulting in Riot buffing him multiple times.
However, it seems, after getting four buffs in season 11, Lee Sin has become one of the strongest champions in League of Legends being played in Jungle, Mid, and Top. Currently, he has a 50.11% win rate in the jungle while having an 18.8% pick rate and a 26.6% ban rate. Moreover, he has a staggering 84.4% presence in the pro game as well. And being a strong flex pick in the current meta is making Lee Sin even scarier. Therefore, Riot is nerfing Lee Sin in LoL patch 11.13.

Riven on the other hand is currently dominating the soloq. She currently has a massive 52.72% win rate in Plat+ Elo. Even though she might not have any crazy pick rate but in the right hand she is pretty much unstoppable right now.
Lastly, for the second time, Riot is nerfing Rumble’s jungle as he is still getting picked in most of the pro games as a jungler.
