Darius, Garen, Graves, Illaoi, Ivern, Rek’Sai, Taric, and Seraphine are getting some notable buffs in League of Legends patch 11.14.
League of Legends’ Lead Game Designer, Riot Jag has previewed the upcoming patch 11.14. And it seems three top lane champions: Darius, Garen, Illaoi along with two jungle champions: Ivern, Rek’Sai, and two support champions: Taric, Seraphine are getting some buffs in the upcoming patch.
All the buffs will be available in the PBE for testing and full changes are scheduled to go live on July 8th, 2021.

Both Darius and Garen heavily benefited by the League’s new Mythic item Stridebreaker’s dash up until the last patch. However, on patch 11.13, Riot gave Stridebreaker a mini-rework where they removed the dash and gave it a new effect which indirectly nerfed melee champions like Darius and Garen.
Currently, both Darius and Garen are having a below 50% win rate while having a 3-4% pick rate. Therefore, in patch 11.14 they are getting some buffs to become a bit more relevant in the Top lane. Additionally, Illaoi is also getting buff in the same patch as her pick rate is only 1.7% in the current meta.
Ivern and Rek’Sai are the two jungle champions who are getting buffs in patch 11.14. Both of them currently have a similar type of win rate and pick rate. And these buffs might help them to survive in the most diverse jungle meta.
While Karma is getting nerfs, two shields and heal champion: Taric & Seraphine are getting some notable buffs in the upcoming patch.
