Ward Preview & Loadout Recommendations has been relayed to Patch 12.23.
The Preseason 2023 is here, and with it, a bunch of promised changes. These changes include the return of the Chemtech Drake, the introduction of new mythic items, new ping & ward system changes, and the Jungle rework. But one of the promised features that were left out was the Ward Preview & Loadout Recommendations.
Runes or Keystones are a feature introduced back in 2017 and have been a massive part of League of Legends ever since. These enchantments can facilitate a champion and add an extra layer of strategy to each champion.
Runes are currently divided into five paths, Precision, Domination, Sorcery, Resolve, and Inspiration. Each path provides various perks and is taken depending on the matchup and game.
Although a core part of the game, the Rune/Keystone system adds a layer of complexity to the game, which is overwhelming for new and experienced players. Thus people resort to using 3rd party applications like Blitz.gg, Porofessor, U.gg, etc., to get recommended rune pages and item load-outs for specific champions.

So, this preseason, Riot planned to create their Loadout Recommendations to help new players and lessen players’ reliance on third-party apps.
This was a welcome feature and was supposed to be added to the game on Patch 12.22, but due to some issues, it was delayed.
When will Ward Preview & Loadout Recommendations arrive?
The Ward Preview & Loadout Recommendations are currently on PBE (Public Beta Environment) servers for testing. The changes will likely come out on League of Legends live servers on Patch 12.23, which will release on Wednesday, Dec 7, 2022.
