Lissandra will receive some significant buffs in the upcoming League of Legends patch 13.14.
The last major League of Legends patch, 13.13, was one of the most underwhelming updates that we have seen in the game. Even in Riot’s own words, this patch aimed to bring stabilization. So we only saw two champion buffs and a few champion nerfs. However, the nerfs are insignificant as they are still in the same positions as before the nerf.
Riot stated the next update would be far bigger. So expectedly, players are hoping for some buffs to some least viable champions in the meta. And one of them is Lissandra.
Lissandra is one of the prominent mid-laners in the game. However, she is mostly played by pros who are proficient at her. While she has a 3.7% pick rate, Lissandra’s win rate is only 50.22%. Although she might not be the strongest champion because of it, she is not the weakest either. Additionally, the last time she received a buff was on patch 13.1. And that was a minor health growth, Q, and W buff.
Because of it, Riot will buff Lissandra in the upcoming patch, 13.14.

Lissandra Buffs Patch 13.14
- Q now slows in an area instead of just the first target
- R minimum base heal: 90 – 190 >>> 100 – 200
- R minimum heal AP ratio: 25% >>> 55%
- Lissandra Passive victims also won’t stop at the last few moments before detonating and has a small visibility radius so it can chase around corners/bushes.
Firstly the Q buff is very significant. Now instead of slowing the first target, it slows every opponent in that area. It will be very strong in the late-game team fight situations.
And now, for her ultimate changes, her base healing will be increased massively. Especially once the player buys items like Rabadon Deathcap as her third/fourth item, she will be nearly unbeatable.
For a slight quality of life buff, now her passive’s Frozen Thrall can chase opponents, even if they are brushes or you have lost vision of them slightly. While it isn’t a huge buff, it is still nice to have.
Release Date
The Lissandra buffs will come out on patch 13.14, scheduled to release on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
