Part-time jobs in Persona 4 Golden are a flexible and productive way of earning money. Like school clubs, each part-time job has designated days when you can attend them. However, unlike school, these jobs don’t force you to show up. Instead, you can choose to work on days you have free time. Having said that, attending a part-time job will consume your time, so you must plan accordingly.
Moreover, some jobs are available only at night, so it is possible to attend two jobs on the same day, given they have different shifts. For example, you can choose to attend your daycare job after school hours and attend your hospital job at nighttime.

Going there regularly will boost not only your Diligence but also a random social stat every time based on the patron you speak to.
