Earlier today, Ubisoft announced the talent lineup for Rainbow Six Sweden Major, and it included some new yet famous faces that took the entire Siege community by surprise.

Pengu and BikiniBodhi, two of the biggest names in the Rainbow Six Siege community, is set to join the upcoming Six November Major in Sweden as casters.

Niclas Pengu Mouritzen has been at the forefront of Siege esports from the beginning. Since he retired as a player back in March, fans have immensely missed his plays and presence in the LAN events. But Ubisoft has pulled out a huge move, bringing the Siege legend as a casting duo for Interro.

This will be the first Major Siege esports event after the unexpected death of Michael “KiXSTAr” Stockley, the former duo of Parker “Interro” Mackay. As Interro explained in his tweet, “if there’s anyone that can do [KiXSTAr]’s legacy justice, it’s Pengu,” which couldn’t be more accurate.

On the casual scene of Rainbow Six Siege, BikiniBodhi has created a massive audience for himself. His personality, big-brain ideas, and unique style of gameplay gain him thousands of views on YouTube. Additionally, this content creator lives in Sweden, which helped Ubisoft make the decision of taking him in as a caster.

While some people might not be happy with Ubisoft’s choices, this will surely bring in more viewership from both the competitive and casual scene of Siege.

The Six Sweden Major will kick off on November 8 and will continue until November 14th. So make sure to catch all these Talents live at twitch.tv/rainbow6, and earn free Twitch drops.
