The Blue Essence Emporium has launched with a ton of issues once again.
People were excited about the return of the Blue Essence Emporium in League of Legends. Riot has said they have updated the Emporium with some backend stuff, and players were excited to get their hands on it.
Since then, we have learned what we can expect from the Blue Essence Emporium and when it will come out. Riot even implemented the Multi-Disenchant feature beforehand to help with the Blue Essence Emporium. However, it launched with problems.
While Riot said they made some backend improvements, the whole system came out buggy. A lot of content is unavailable, along with client issues. Here is what we know so far.

Blue Essence Emporium Debacle
With the issues of stuff missing and login problems, a thread on Reddit popped up. There are a ton of things that were expected that did not launch with the Blue Essence Emporium. They are as follows.
- No Mystery Icons Chest
- No Mystery Wards Chest
- Baron Poro Hat is not there
- Cannot gift To Friends any longer
- Many Chromas are missing
- Buggy on some servers
- Rune Page Discount is not there
- No option to get Gemstone and Icon Bundles
So, the Blue Essence Emporium launched with issues on some servers, while a good bit of content is not available as well. To be fair to Riot, they said it would be the same as the last time we saw them and claimed to have made technical improvements.
However, the store does not have the right content. Some of the old content is missing, and you cannot gift stuff to friends and such. This is a gut punch to many of the fans, and their outrage is justified. All we can hope is that Riot looks at this and does something to improve the situation. Otherwise, they might have a massive problem on their hands with the player base.
