The biggest event of the year, the Worlds 2022 Event, is here with a new pass, missions, skins, and more.
Like other free-to-play titles, League of Legends has its own Battle Pass system called Event Pass — though it was nowhere near as clean as its counterparts like TFT or VALORANT. League of Legends players had been calling out Riot to improve the event pass system, along with some other content like prestige skins, for years.
However, Riot Games announced earlier this year that they would overhaul the Mythic content, and the changes will be released in three different phases. The first two phases are already live and are well received by the community.
The last step of the Mythic Content Overhaul is the rework of the event pass, released with the Worlds 2022 event.
The Worlds 2022 event will be divided into three acts: Spirit Blossom, Tales From The Rift, and an unknown act which is most likely the Empyrean, according to some leaks.
In the first act, nine Spirit Blossom skins will rule the Rift, while the second act will be all about Halloween. In the third act, we’ll be getting League of Legends’ upcoming champion K’Sante, along with the Empyrean skins.

Worlds 2022 Event Start & End Date
The Worlds 2022 Event has already started on October 6th, and the event will end on November 14th, 2022, at 11:59 PM (PT).
Although the Worlds 2022 Event will conclude on November 14th, League of Legends players can use their tokens until November 21st, 2022, at 11:00 AM (PT).
Worlds 2022 Pass
Like the previous events, the Worlds 2022 Event pass will cost 1650 RP. After purchasing the pass, you will get 200 Tokens and 4 Worlds 2022 Orbs, in addition to unlocking premium Worlds 2022 Pass rewards.
Riot Games is also offering Worlds 2022 Event Pass Bundle, which will cost 2650 RP. In the Pass Bundle, you will get 200 Tokens, 4 Worlds 2022 Orb, Spirit Blossom Master Yi skin, and the Spirit Blossom Master Yi border icon & border.
Worlds 2022 Pass Milestone & Rewards
As mentioned earlier, the new event pass rework will debut with the Worlds 2022 event.
The new Worlds 2022 event pass will have rewards for players with and without the pass, reaching certain milestones. Each Milestone takes 400 LoL Event XP to unlock.

Worlds 2022 Missions
Starting with Worlds 2022, Riot will be doing missions a little differently. Instead of tying some missions to the Event Pass, all Worlds 2022 missions are available to all players.
Infinite Pass Mission
Available from October 6th, 1:00 PM PT, to November 14th, 11:59 PM PT.
With the Infinite pass, you’ll also get 200 LoL Event XP for every 200 points you earn from time spent playing and winning games.
