You might want to know how long it takes to explore all the Nine Realms and to beat the game, God of War: Ragnarok.
The “about-to-be” best game of the year finally saw the light of day. Santa Monica pushed them to the edge, and that can is palpable by the in-game development. Needless to say, God of War: Ragnarok has crossed its limit to give us the best experience an RPG can ever give.
As it is being speculated that this is the endgame of our beloved and feared Ghost of Sparta, this had to be quite a long story. There will be abundant side stories, mysteries to unleash, tales to tell, and the main plot to complete. Definitely, it should not be a single day’s work. So, hop in to learn how long it takes to beat God of War Ragnarok and what sectors will need this time.

How Long to Beat God of War Ragnarok?
Say, it is the weekend, you are off the job, wife to the in-laws, and you have your own laws now. In that scenario, and with sticking to the main plot, it will take about 30 hours, more or less. However, what I did not include is the side activities and Kratos, the explorer.
Now, let’s talk about another scenario. You ruined your anniversary, and the wife is off to in-laws again. As we are talking about the long-term, the scenario is where no stone will be unturned. It will roughly take not more that Three days, making it more or less 72 hours. You might also wonder, by now, what trophies are to get by this time. Check it out here.
Where will your time go?
Below are the sectors that will take the most of your time in God of War: Ragnarok-
- The Paths: Apparently, these are the main missions that will take a significant amount of your time. You will see these stories designated as gold icons. Check out here to learn about all the main missions.
- Favors: Favors are the major side quests. You will need to complete these to get a hold of the main missions. You will meet new characters here. Eventually, these stories will get across the path with the main plot.
- Labors: These are the side activities that we know in general. Solving puzzles and problems, reaching certain milestones, and many others.
- Treasure Maps: You will also need to search for cryptic drawings that will eventually lead you to secret destinations on your journey.
- Artifacts: These are the collectibles that have worth based on their value. Sell them to Brok & Cindri to get some coins rolling into that pouch.
Apart from these, there are a couple of other activities I am afraid to spill as they might appear as spoilers. Do not want to ruin your fun.
However, this is all I had in my stash for how long to beat and the sectors to invest your time in God of War Ragnarok. Cheers!
