The Study is one of the essential rooms in Dwarf Fortress. The Nobles and Administrators want the Study to do their work. This guide will show you how to make a study.
The rogue-like video game Dwarf Fortress allows you to explore the fantastical world of dwarves who aim to build a stronghold. In this text-based game, you can decide how to advance your colony. Players can choose from Two game types: Adventurer Mode and Legends Mode. You’ll have to fight off enemies such as goblins and other monsters. Participants in the game must also provide food and drink for the Dwarves and the colony to survive. Also, you will need to make them a Study room.
The administrators and other Dwarves may need a study to discuss with the nobles. The Study room is exceptional, and giving access to this room can make your gaming experience level up to a new adventure.

How to Make a Study
To make a Study, you may follow the steps below:
Carpenter’s Workshop
You must need a Chair or a Throne made of wood in the Study. This is the essential item to building a Study. Visit the Carpenter’s Workshop and craft the Wooden Chair.
Position The Chair
After the Chair has been made, go to Main Menu, select Furniture, and place it in your chosen room.
Confirm Office Zone
After you position the Chair, press Zone and then click on Office. You must press on the Chair twice to make it an Office Zone.
After the tiles have become green in the Office Zone, select it again and then choose any Noble or Administrator you want to appoint in the Study.
You can smoothen the walls of the rooms, and the Dwarves can come to the Study and discuss matters.
In this way, you can make Study in Dwarf Fortress.
