Riot has revealed the upcoming Yuumi skin, Shiba Yuumi, which will release in patch 13.7.

Riot releases new cosmetics based on events yearly like, Lunar New Year, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. However, we also get skins for less celebrated events as well. One of these events is April Fools Day.

Riot Games has released many contents for April Fools Day. They also added the beloved game mode Urf during the April Fools. Moreover, Riot also released various joke skins for this event as well. These skins include Urfwick, Definitely Not Udyr, Birdio, Pretty Kitty Rengar, etc.

For this year’s April Fools Day, Riot has unveiled the newest iteration of the Cats vs Dogs skin line, featuring 4 new unique skins. And one of these skins is Shiba Yuumi.

Yuumi is one of the most controversial champions released in League of Legends. She is both infuriating to play with and against. Yuumi was considered the weakest champion when she was released in the game. But even during that time, Pros used her in every single match during tournaments. And when Riot buffed her because she was considered the weakest, she instantly became the strongest champion in the game. Needless to say, she was a balance nightmare for Riot.

Because of it, Riot recently gave her a mini-rework. And with that mini-rework, she became even more broken than before. Since she is too influential in the meta, Riot has again nerfed her in the recent patch 13.6.

Though Yuumi has one of the highest pick rates out of all support champions, she still only has 5 unique skins. And her best skin is the EDG Yuumi.
