In season 6 of Apex Legends, Respawn introduced crafting for the first time in the game to give players more options to gather loot in the game.
Crafting in Apex Legends opens up more opportunities for players to get the exact loot that they want. This was Respawn’s first attempt to take the RNG slightly out of their battle royale game. So far, the common consensus among the Apex Legends community is that it was one of the best changes added to the game in this new season.
Basically, there are crafting materials scattered throughout the whole maps that players can collect. After collecting enough material, players can find the replicators that are placed around the maps. From mid to late game more of these replicators will drop throughout the map similar to how airdrop works in the game.

The replicators are basically 3D printers for loot. However, a player can only use a replicator twice in a row. Some Apex Legends players figured out a way to actually use them 4 times in a row as if one of them drops on top of each other players can actually use the replicator 4 times in a row.

Additionally, this bug basically allows players to get more out of a single replicator only if they have enough materials. Respawn should patch out this weird bug with the replicators before players start abusing them in-game.
