While the League of Legends summer 2023 event is on the horizon, leaks have revealed all the upcoming Soul Fighter skins.
Every year during summer, Riot releases a huge event in League of Legends. These events include many new skins, new event pass, and some extra content.
For last year’s summer event, we received Star Guardian 2022. While that event did not include any new game modes, it added many new skins, a new visual novel, and the return of Ultimate Spellbook. And the year before, we got a massive Ruination event. While it was mostly a disappointment, it added many new skins, a new visual novel, and introduced Ultimate Spellbook.
While Riot hasn’t fully disclosed what the 2023 summer event will be, they have been teasing that it will be the biggest summer event yet. And with some leaks that have surfaced, this event will be called Soul Fighters.
From what is confirmed, Samira would be receiving an ultimate skin in this event. Moreover, Riot will also release the highly anticipated 2v2v2v2 game mode. Additionally, the upcoming champion Naafiri will also make her debut around this time.
Besides that, there has been a leak that we will be receiving a side mode similar to the exclusive game mode released in the OCE server, Cupcakes 4 Heartaches. Besides them, there isn’t any information known about this event.
But recently, a credible League of Legends leaker BigBadBear has revealed all the champions receiving a Soul Fighters skin.

- Soul Fighter Pyke (Prestige)
- Soul Fighter Shaco (Prestige)

- Soul Fighter Jhin
- Soul Fighter Naafiri
So excluding the extra prestige skins, 10 unique Soul Fighter skins will be released in the event.
Release Date
In the last dev log, Riot confirmed that both Naafiri and the upcoming game mode should go live on PBE around two weeks later. Because of that, the summer event is expected to release around patch 13.14, scheduled to release on Thursday, July 19, 2023. So we should see these skins released around that time.
