Riot has confirmed that Wild Rift exclusive skins are finally coming to PC.
League of Legends is a MOBA game released in 2009. Moreover, it is one of the most-played PC games. Because of its success, the creators of the game, Riot Games, decided to expand on the game and release it on other platforms. And that included mobile and consoles.
Afterwards, Riot announced League of Legends: Wild Rift, an adaptation of the PC game made for mobile and the Nintendo Switch. In late 2020, Riot released Wild Rift for mobile. They also mentioned that the Nintendo Switch version is coming soon.
Though Wild Rift is an adaptation of the PC version, the mobile game has several differences. These differences range from map changes to completely reworked champions like Karma, new legendary ranks, and skins.
After the release of Wild Rift, Riot made many unique skins for Wild Rift. Moreover, Wild Rift was running on a newer engine than PC League, so the skins were higher quality. And when the player base asked if those skins were coming to PC at some point, Riot denied it and said they would be harder to develop for PC.

Wild Rift Exclusive Skins Coming To League PC
Recently, Riot Games released a new dev log. And in that dev log, they talked about many things like champion pricing, upcoming ASU, lore, clash, new game modes, and skins. Firstly, they stated that two fan-favorite champions were slated to receive an ASU. These two champions are Teemo and Lee Sin. After that, Riot confirmed that Wild Rift skins are coming to League of Legends PC.
Moreover, they also confirmed three exclusive skins that are coming in the future. And these skins are,
- Star Guardian Seraphine
- Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah
- Redeemed Star Guardian Rakan
Since three of the announced skins are Star Guardian-related, we could expect that a new Star Guardian even might happen in 2023 or 2024.
This means we could also see other WR-exclusive skins on PC, like Chromacrash skins, Supreme Cell skins, etc. Riot mentioned that since both games are different internally, it might take some time to port over the skins. So there is no exact release date currently.
