Grim Grimoire is a very useful quality of life item in Vampire Survivors. It is counted as a relic. So, once you unlock the Grim Grimoire, it will stay unlocked. In addition, it shows all the evolution and unions you have unlocked in the game. So, this is a convenient item.
To unlock Grim Grimoire, you need to start Stage 2: Inlaid Library. Once you have started the game on this level, a green arrow will point you toward it. Now, all you have to do is follow the arrow and reach the Grimoire.
