Upcoming Elise Changes In LoL Patch 14.19

Elise is getting some much-needed quality-of-life changes in the upcoming patch.

The League of Legends Season 14, Split 2 is coming to an end. With the release of Patch 14.19, we officially bid farewell to this Split 2 and move on to the next. But before we jump into Split 3, we have to talk about the changes coming to the upcoming Split.

Compared to the previous patch, Patch 14.19 is huge and It contains a ton of sweeping changes to the game. Starting with the changes we have the Item changes. Almost every item in the game is getting nerfed one way or another. We are getting changes to Keystones and Runes such as Lethal Tempo finally returning.

There are a ton more changes in the patch, most of which we covered in our Patch 14.19 preview. However, in this article, we will mostly focus on the upcoming Elise changes and how they would affect her moving forward.

Patch 14.19 Elise Changes

Here are all the changes coming to Elise in Patch 14.19,

Passive – Spider Queen

  • Spiderlings Health: 85-390 >>> 85-385

E – Cocoon

  • Can now be properly comboed with Flash.

E – Rappel

  • Spider form E now always receives the Spider Queen amplification upon descending, even if she does not target an enemy with the original cast.

R – Spider Form/Human Form

  • Cooldown: 4 >>> 3 seconds

Elise is getting quite a bit of quality-of-life changes in this patch. Starting with her passive, Passive – Spider Queen is getting slightly nerfed. But to compensate her E – Cocoon can now be flash comboed, making this skill more skill expressive.

E – Rappel is getting some slight buffs with Spider Queen changes. Finally, R – Spider Form/Human Form is getting its cooldown reduced.

Overall, these are some good changes and should make Elise a lot more viable.

Release Date

Patch 14.19, along with the Elise changes is expected to be released on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
