A talented cosplayer and a fan of Apex Legends recreated a female cosplay of Crypto, and the Reddit community loves it.
Crypto is the eleventh character that was added to Apex Legends in Season 3. The surveillance expert joined the Apex game to clear his name as the murderer of his own sister. Nonetheless, this low-profile Recon class legend is one of the most badass characters in the game.
Although Crypto is currently the least-picked legend in the game, he is still popular among the Apex community because, admit it, Crypto is cool! So, an Apex fan recreates a female Crypto and gives it a “hot” makeover. And the community loves it.

Female Crypto Cosplay
A Reddit user and an Apex Legends fan u/ScarletRoseCosplay recently shared their cosplay of Crypto. However, this cosplayer’s version of Crypto is female. “I Made Crypto Hot Because I Can,” the cosplayer described their Crypto makeover.
The community likes the idea, attention to detail, and hard work the cosplayer put into making the female Crypto a reality. u/shotxshotx said in the comment, “Great work choom, thats some good chrome ya got there.”
Many, including the user, u/Big-Bad-Barghest, are so impressed with the cosplay that they think it’ll increase Crypto’s almost nonexistent pick-rate, “BREAKING NEWS: Crypto pick rate skyrockets by 500%!”
This is not the first Apex Legends cosplay ScarletRose recreated. Previously, they also made a Loba cosplay that was even featured in a magazine. The Apex community is full of talented artists who not only enjoy playing the game but also like to share their adventures with others, which makes the Apex community more special.
