After some heavy nerfs in the past, Milio is on the buff list for Patch 13.16.

Milio has been an interesting champion that Riot launched into League of Legends. While his theme was to be a character that uses fire to heal, he does a lot more than that. He allows characters to have more range while attacking during his Campfire effect while also contributing a lot in terms of damage and healing overall.

His Ultimate can also turn a fight quite easily as it can negate almost all forms of crowd control. Lastly, he has the ability to disrupt dashes, which provides a lot of peeling. Overall, Milio is an Enchanter, which is any ADCs dream. He heals, protects, peels, and gives them more range to deal damage.

With that entire combination, Riot had to deal with a lot post-release. He has been nerfed twice on previous occasions, the first in Patch 13.6 and the second in Patch 13.14. Milio has dominated pro play, but the nerfs in 13.6 really started taking him out of drafts slowly. Now, Milio is going to get buffs to his Q to deal with those Engage Supports that are running rampant now. Here is what we know so far.

Milio Buff Patch 13.16

Based on the buffs, Riot is buffing Milio to put front an answer to Engage Supports that they designed Milio to be. With these buffs, this could be interesting going into Worlds 2023 and Asian Games. Here are the changes revealed by Spideraxe.

  • Q – Ultra Mega Fire Kick:
    • Slow: 40/45/50/55/60% ( +5% per 100 AP) >>> 40/47.5/55/62.5/70% ( +5% per 100 AP).
    • Damage: 90/135/180/225/270 (+ 90% AP) >>> 90/155/220/285/350 (+ 120% AP).

With the changes, some people are already referring to this buff as “Bomba Milio”.

As this is a pretty significant buff to damage, we could see Milio back into Pro Play and be better in Solo Queue once again.
