Riot will moderately buff Nidalee in the form of base heal, E attack speed, and E AP ratio in Lol Patch 14.3.

League of Legends season 2024 has seen massive changes in the jungle in the form of map, monster camps, new barons, new terrains, and so on. Inevitably, the jungle champions had follow-up changes coming to them. Not to mention, other classes of champions also had their fair share of changes and will still be changing. Changes to them also affect Jungle, since everything is connected in Lol.

In patch 14.3, Lillia, Rengar, Trundle, Brand, Wukong, Maokai, and Nidalee are getting changes among the jungle champions. Nidalee has always been one of the flagbearers when it comes to jungle metal discussion. Her presence is massive both in solo queue and pro plays, due to her high-ceiling abilities. Nidalee Q, if landed with high accuracy, can change the tide of any match.

Currently, Nidalee sits at a barely 45% win rate across all ranks. This is ridiculously low a number considering Nidalee isn’t even a new champion like Hwei or Smolder. That’s why Riot has decided to buff her in patch 14.3.

In this article, check out all the changes coming to Nidalee.

Nidalee Buffs in Patch 14.3

The following are all the changes Riot has set up for Nidalee in the upcoming patch:

  • Magic resist growth increased from 1.3 to 1.45
  • E minimum base heal increased from 35-95 to 50-150
  • E minimum AP ratio increased from 27.5% to 35%
  • E attack speed increased from 20%-60% to 30%-70%

The magic resist growth is quite minimal since Nidalee doesn’t rely on defensive stats anyway, but it might help her survive a few seconds extra in the mid-to-late game.

E base heal increase is huge. Other than sustaining in skirmish, it can help her stay in the jungle a bit more during the early stages of the game, giving her the extra edge she needs badly to compete with other meta junglers.

AP ratio increase in E will be quite noticeable as well as it provides a baseline augmentation to her already buffed E. Added that with attack speed bugg on E, Nidalee might become a nuisance in the Top lane as well.

But these changes seem very balanced to me, given her abysmal win rate in the current patch.

When will these changes be live?

All the aforementioned changes will be active once patch 14.3 drops on the official servers on February 7, 2024.
