A login bug that prevented a lot of players from successfully logging into Apex Legends has been finally fixed by Respawn.

Apex Legends players were recently facing a weird bug that wouldn’t let them get into Apex. They would just get stuck on the intro loading screen. And after a while, an error message (“code: clog”) would appear on their screen.

This was not an isolated issue, as many streamers, content creators, and casual gamers were facing this issue and were constantly sharing their frustration for not being able to play Apex Legends.

In a recent bug fix, Respawn finally addressed the issue. On top of that, Respawn also gave 25 battle pass levels to those players who were unable to play Apex due to this bug. This upcoming patch will also fix some exploits that were letting players melee rapidly.

Free Battle Pass Levels Should Ease the Pain

In this upcoming small patch, Respawn also removed the ring ending on Mirage Voyage in the Kings Canyon map, as it was creating unfavorable conditions for players outside of the point of interest.

Despite the fix, Respawn still expects some players to still face the log-in issue moving forward. However, they assured players that they are currently diagnosing the problem and will come up with a permanent solution soon.
