Ubisoft has released a new animation trailer, teasing the arrival of the upcoming operator named ‘Tubarão’.
Hailing from Portugal, Tubarão is the latest operator set to join the Rainbow Six Siege roster in Y8S4 Operation Deep Freeze. We know that this new operator is a defender and with a gadget called the ‘Zoto Canister‘.
In the animated trailer, we get to see Tubarão in action alongside Thunderbird, trying to take down Deimos. However, they fail to stop Deimos in time as he escapes once again, and this time sets on his way to Emerald Plains.

Tubarão: New Operator
Not much has been revealed about this new operator as of yet. But as we speculated from the teaser, his canister seems like a throwable gadget, which aims to freeze anything in its surroundings.
So, using his Zoto Canister, Tubarão can prevent or delay Hardbreachers from breaking the reinforced walls. In the trailer, we also see the enemies’ legs getting frozen, thus being unable to move, which might or might not be a passive ability.
Apart from the new operator, Rainbow Six Siege’s Y8S4 Operation Deep Freeze will be introducing a brand-new map called ‘Lair’, a new AI playlist, changes to Frag Grenades, and more.
