Riot Games officially announces the new Pentakill Viego skin releasing on League of Legends patch 11.18.
Pentakill is one of the most popular skin lines in League of Legends that is based on a virtual heavy metal band. They released their original album ‘Pentakill’ in 2014 and later released ‘II: Grasp of the Undying’ in 2017. However, after that second album, they went on a break and there wasn’t much information about their new album.
Now, after a long four-year hiatus, Pentakill is finally making a come back to League of Legends with their third album, Lost Chapter, releasing on September 8th.
There have been many speculations surrounding their return and even Riot was teasing it multiple times. There were also many rumors that a new champion will join Karthus, Mordekaiser, Sona, Yorick, and Kayle for a new album and many speculated it to be Viego.
Now, after all the speculations, Riot Games has officially confirmed that Viego is indeed joining the Pentakill for their third album.
Release Date
Pentakill III: Lost Chapter is releasing on September 8th. But, League of Legends patch 11.18 is scheduled to come out on Sep 9, 2021, and Pentakill Viego will also be available on the same day.
Price
Pentakill Viego will cost 1350 RP.
