With winter almost upon us, Patch 13.24 is set to come up with new Winter-Themed Skins for this year.
Winter is almost here, and so is the new lineup of winter-themed skins. Anticipation for new skins is nothing new for League of Legends fans. Personally speaking, I love the winter season, and so naturally, I can’t wait for Riot to introduce more and more winter-themed events. Recently, a Riot FR official Twitter handler gave hints about the potential return of Winter Map, although it remains to be confirmed.
Whether winter map is coming or not may be up in the air, but a new lineup for winter-themed skins is surely coming. Last year, we saw the Winterblessed skins for Diana, Warwick, Shaco, Swain, Zilean, and Zoe. Before that, League of Legends also had Winter Wonder skins for other champions.
Following the tradition, Riot is set to release another thematic skin line to celebrate the upcoming winter. You are probably wondering which champions might get the winter skins, when we will see them in the game, etc. No worries, I’ve got you covered.

New Winter Themed Skins
According to BigBadBear, it is 100% confirmed that Riot is going to release a new winter-themed skinline this year. But it is not sure what exactly the theme will be. BigBadBear states that it’s most likely to be the return of Winterblessed skin line. However, there’s a big chance it’s RoI skinline. RoI (Rolling on Ice) is a leaked skin line from a Riot survey.
Which Champions Are Getting the Winter Themed Skins?
Well, there is no confirmed answer from Riot. But again, BigBadBear says that Camille will get a prestige skin on this theme. Also, Hwei is set to release pretty soon. So, there’s a chance that he will get winter as his debut skin’s theme. As usual, these skins are coming with an event pass.
Release Date
The new winter-themed skins are set to be released officially on patch 13.24. However, you can try them out in PBE on November 20. Patch 13.24 is officially scheduled to be released on 6 December 2023.
