How to Fix Palworld Crashing Issues

Palworld is made on the Unreal Engine 5. If you’re familiar with Unreal Engine games, you may already know that they crash a lot! However, unlike most games, Palworld is fairly optimized, and we’ve only seen a selected number of people facing the crashing issues. But, it is present. Thankfully, there are many workarounds that many have tried and found to be working and minimizing crashes by a significant margin. The fixes and workarounds are as follows:

1. Check if your PC meets the minimum system requirement

We understand it’s a very minor thing. However, people often purchase, install, and start playing a game without checking its minimum system requirement. So, take a second and check if your PC is good to run Palworld without any issues.

4. Check for GPU and CPU temperatures

Palworld is a graphics-heavy game and may utilize your hardware’s resources excessively, increasing your CPU and GPU temperatures. High GPU and CPU temperatures can also cause the game to stutter and crash. So, use third-party apps like HWmonitor and Msi afterburner to check for GPU and CPU temperature while playing Palworld. If you find the temperature high, consider lowering your graphics settings. You may also want to clean your PC and apply thermal paste to your processor if you have a high-end PC.

That is it. If you follow these steps properly, you should not face crashes at all or at least minimize the frequency of crashing by a significant margin. Still, keep in mind that Palworld is still in an early access state, so you are bound to face some errors and bugs in the game. Hopefully, developers are looking into these issues and trying to figure out permanent fixes.
