New Map in VALORANT

A leaker and data miner named Kingdom Laboratories revealed some crucial information regarding the upcoming VALORANT map. The leaker found an in-game card featuring the background of Los Angeles. The map’s trailer will drop on August 28, 2023.

The leaker also claimed that the new map had already been teased by Riot Games through the in-game cover for Episode 7 Act 2, which contained the LA tag. Upon closer observation, the background of the new map can also be seen on the cover

Moreover, the map leak by Kingdom Laboratories is supported by an in-game email where the coordinates lead to Los Angeles. Not to mention, Gekko’s home is also in Los Angeles.

VALORANT New Map

This might be VALORANT’s first nighttime map. The map was in the background of the latest animated feature from Riot Games. In the cinematic, we can see Gekko running away with a city skyline in the background.

If everything goes as Klaboratories mentioned, players will get a peek at the new map on August 28, 2023. Furthermore, the map’s codename will also get confirmed following the map’s teaser.
